We know that Xmas can be a time of festivity and fun, but it can also be stressful for some. The whole occasion creates massive expectations for those involved, and emotions can run high. If you feel getting into this zone, take a time out. I find listening to relaxing music or meditation, or going for a walk can help a lot. Remember if you see it happening to somebody else, don’t judge but use your coaching and observation skills wisely and carefully.
